I am a postdoc researcher at the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH). I completed my Ph.D. at CREST.
My research focuses on the labor market at both the micro and macro levels.
My projects have studied firm employment dynamics over the business cycle; the consequences of job loss for workers; the consequences of worker loss for firms; labor adjustment at the hiring, separation, and pay margins; and why similar workers are paid differently.
