I am a Senior Research Economist at the Banque de France and an Adjunct Professor at Sciences Po (School of Public Affairs). I am also a Research Affiliate at IZA and RF Berlin, and a co-lead member of the OECD-LinkEED network.
My research focuses on the labor market, at both the micro and macro levels, with a particular focus on the interactions between employers and workers. My projects have studied layoffs, employer hiring, and wage inequality. I received my Ph.D. in economics from CREST (Ecole Polytechnique-ENSAE). I have also visited Aarhus university and the MIT as a visiting student researcher.
